This study uses Multiple Regression Model and the First Difference Model to analyze the effect of the number of the real estate broker in Taiwan on the all, residential and commercial real estate prices. The study takes the 352 districts in Taiwan during the Republic of China 97 and 98 years as a sample. The result indicates: (1) for the multiple regression model, we found the significant and positive effect among the number of the real estate broker, population density, housing age and the northern region in all, residential and commercial area. Moreover, it is found that the housing prices in the northern part of Taiwan are relatively higher than the central and southern regions; (2) the study via the First Difference Model analyze from the Republic of 97 year to 98 year, every respective variables effect on the all, residential and commercial real estate prices, and found in addition to housing age has significant and positive effects, the other respective variables are not significantly affected.
