Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 材料科學與工程研究所 === 99 === This study is in the nickel-base anode adding copper. Then use atmospheric plasma spray coating technology to create the catalytic properties anode. In the study are prepare of four different components of composite powder: Ni/Cu/CeO2、NiO/Cu/CeO2、Ni/CuO/CeO2 and NiO/CuO/CeO2 respectively. And in this four kinds of components to change the ratio to explore the different composition and ratio influence the catalytic properties. Granulation experiments by sifting and selecting 120~200 mesh as a plasma compound powder. As-spray the anode coating can be found in the high-power spray coating parameters are more flat. The anode coating by X-ray diffractometer and Electron Probe X-Ray Microanalyzer can be find that of Ni-Cu alloy has been formed by reduction treated. In the respect of CH4-TPR, can be found in NiO-CuO/CeO2 anode coating has good catalytic properties, presumably due to ceramics melting point higher than the metal and enhance coating porosity by reduction treated. Therefore avoid carbon deposition through increasing the reaction area of triple-phase boundary regio.
