Besides the thinner panel,light along with edge light mark sun-reflect device research more and more diversification,including sun-reflect device dot design,dot shape,dot rank,thickness and surface texture,,etc. This research aims at the refraction index of sun-reflect Device intrinsic material and bead added to discuss the devices luminance promotion,light distribution ,and uniformity expression in inner device, The material is based on PMMA,additive is chosed from different refraction indexmi cro-texture in specific concentraction and p articale size,compared with luminance expression and integral light uniformity of edge light in inner device. Besides,owing to the high containment of absorption water ratio from the material of PMMA itself, during the manufacturing process of light guide plate and the process of printing dots,It is easy to occur plates warped to affect the yield rate of the manufacturing process of the back light module factories, The experiment compared the relation between the absorption water ratio with bead added and the saturated absorption water ratio.Researches reveal the material of baed additive is based on PS, the particle size ranges from 2um to 3um,by adding the bead additive in light guide plates in this research,luminance promotion is 22%,light uniformity promotes 27%,the difference of refraction index is 0.1,it helps promote the light absorption efficiency of light guide plates. 芮祥鵬 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 33 zh-TW |
