Cloud computing can be regarded as a variety of services on the network. According to their different service type can be divided into different types: Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service. No matter what service type, the cloud providers package the operation instances as cloud service. Therefore, the cloud consumer can access their required service through the internet. The main purpose of this study is to analyze, design and implement a "Platform as a Service" base on J2EE distribution server environment. Integrate different types of servers into a platform which application can deploy and execute. Cloud providers take responsibility for the server management and maintenance.
