In this paper, an finite element numerical simulation software, ANSYS / LS-DYNA, is used to analyze the spinning forming of D6AC Ultrahigh-Strength low-alloy Steel, and the distribution rules of spinning force, forming stress and strain under different wall thickness in a single pass of forward flow forming. Preliminary results indicate that the spinning force will be greater in accord with the increase of reduction rate, feed rate and the roller radius, with the decrease of spindle speed and Leading angle, and the reduction rate can be up to 70%. Followed by changes in process parameters and comparison of reduced rate of 70% of the case, the spindle speed 60 rpm, the feed rate 0.7 mm/rev, Leading angle of attack 30° and roller radius 4mm, forming the workpiece can get better ,which can provide an important reference for spinning process.
