Our acupuncture position is at LI5 points of the Large Intestine Meridian. During acupuncture, the measurement for the acupoint group is from LI4 to LI11 points and the measurement for non-acupoint group is near LI4 and LI11 points from little fingers side 3 cm, The acupoint and non-acupoint group measurement before acupuncture, during acupuncture and after acupuncture are 8,16 and 8 time, respectively. In time domain, the average current of acupoint group is larger than non-acupoint group on before acupuncture, during acupuncture and after acupuncture and the results illustrate the statistical significance (P<0.01). In acupoint group, average current during acupuncture is larger than that before acupuncture, and the results have statistical significance (P<0.05), but non-acupoint group have not (P>0.05). In frequency domain, the acupoint group energy is larger than that of non-acupoint group, and the results also have statistical significance (P<0.01). The acupoint group and non-acupoint group have shown the low-frequency (<=10Hz) energy is large than that of high-frequency (>10Hz), From all experiment results we find the acupuncture really yield the effect of the electrodermal activities.
