Since extant studies attempting to find influences on the adoption of new information technology and new information system (IT/IS) are dominated by technology acceptance model (TAM) and innovation diffusion theory (IDT). By integrating domestic and international related researches and interviews with experts, this study attempts to extend perspective to examine cloud computing service to high-end technology industry’s adoption by using the questionnaire as the analysis method. Through this study, empirical results indicate that at the pre-decision stage, cost, safety, service continuity, and compatibility are very important factors influencing attitudes of business, and perceived easy-of-use is positively associated with perceived usefulness. At the in-decision stage, safety, service continuity, perceived usefulness and compatibility are very important factors influencing business’s adoption decision, and attitude is positively associated with adoption decision, while only cost safety and service continuity significantly affect business’s decision continuity at the post-decision stage, and attitude is also positively associated with decision continuity. Hoping the result of this research be a references for the enterprise to implement clouding computing services. Ming-kuen Chen 陳銘崑 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW |
