Therefore, this researching is investigating the trends of vision and hearing reaction time form the students of elementary school in Taipei, and the relationship between vision and hearing reaction time.In addition, discussing the trend of development of disturbed vision and hearing reaction time, include the relationship between disturbed vision and hearing reaction time. And also compare the difference between disturbed or undisturbed vision and hearing reaction time. The testing way is using the researcher self-made interactive multimedia software as an examination researching tool, by using the internet to transfer the experimental data into MySQL Database software in server, and after analysis by SPSS for Windows12.0 statistical software, the final result are: (1) The students form elementary school in Taipei, their vision and hearing reaction time will short gradually following aging. (2)there's a highly contrast between the vision reaction time and hearing reaction time from the students form elementary school in Taipei. (3)The students form elementary school in Taipei, their disturbed vision and hearing reaction time will short gradually following aging. (4)When it's disturbed,there's a high contrast between vision and hearing reaction time. (5)There's huge difference between non disturbed vision reaction time and disturbed vision and hearing, and also different form disturbed hearing with non disturbed vision reaction time.
