There are two lines: the lines in nature, the lines in the artifacts, plant lines, rocks line, widely distributed in the lives around, this is my creative source. Artificial lines used to decorate the environment, adding to the beauty of life, more imagination in creative play. It would create the valuable of Art by the record of the study. The frame creation is as follows in brief. This article is divided into 5 chapters with each one described as: Chapter one: “The Introduction” explains the motive and purpose, research range, methods of studying, and makes explanation of nouns. Chapter two: “Probing into Documents” consists of three domains, discussions and analysis of the lines in nature, in the artifacts, and in the creations of artists. Chapter three: “The Idea and Practice of Creating” shows conception of formation and practice of creation from individual insights, the stage to the chosen theme, to the analysis on the styles and skills of creation. Chapter four: “The Analysis of Personal Article” shows the concept and motivation of creation. This chapter analyzes and introduces the motivation of the creation, the theme of the article, material, dimension and the idea of the creation. Chapter five: “The Conclusion” examines the present achievement of the study, and talks about some idea of development and efforts in future creating. To sum up, the author is deeply affected by the western-eastern cultural integration. With the hope to demonstrate the characteristics of Chinese ink paintings --- to breakthrough traditional painting skills , creation ideals, and the performance of lines in Chinese Ink Paintings.
