Also, the researcher tended to understand educators’ different performance based on different individual backgrounds and, the correlation between these two variables. Moreover, it examined the predictability of principals’ servant-leadership to teachers’ job satisfaction. The research was conducted in questionnaire method and the respondents to the questionnaire survey were teachers of public elementary schools in Taipei City. The questionnaire was entitled as “a survey questionnaire on principal’s servant-leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction.” Valid responses were totaled 657 copies. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The major conclusions of the study were as follows: 1)The overall situation of principals’ servant leadership was graded “above medium”, highest was in the aspect of “love and model” and lowest item respectively was “servant humility” aspect. 2)Teachers’ job satisfaction was labeled “above medium” level, while highest was the aspect of “teaching work itself” and lowest relatively, was “principals’ leading behaviors”. 3)There were significant difference about elementary principals’ servant leadership of teachers’ perception based on gender, age, years of service, administrative duties, the size of the school, and principals’ years of service in the current school in Taipei City. Not due to differences in the highest degree significant differences exist. 4)There were significant difference about elementary teachers’ job satisfaction of teachers’ age, years of service, administrative duties, the size of the school, and principals’ years of service in the current school in Taipei City. Not because of gender, highest level of education and current president of the school in different years, while significant differences exist. 5)There was significantly positive correlation between principals’ servant leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction in the elementary schools in Taipei City. 6)Principals’ servant leadership could effectively predict teachers’ job satisfaction in the elementary schools in Taipei City.
