| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南藝術大學 === 博物館學與古物維護研究所 === 99 === This study focused on how the exhibition process of adding conservation thinking, in order to have a better display environment. Museum of the organization in Taiwan, the function of conservation work for collections has not be demonstrated, with respect to the employment of professional staff and research personnel, the showing falls far short of the museum also resulted in the development of conservation work in the field appears to skills needed . The purpose of this study there are three main directions:
A) the sum of foreign museums conservation and preservation of history, upgrading of domestic maintenance of museum professionals understanding of heritage preservation. B) risk analysis and management of collections , providing maintenance and management of collections preservation with an example and with team work concept. C) the preservation strategies used in prevention planning and implementation of display, and its systematic and made into tables, to provide a reference for domestic workers and the implementation of exhibition curator, maintenance of collections in display.
This paper mainly qualitative research methods, through literature review and data analysis, coupled with the actual interviews and participant observation, to analyze and understand the current plight of Taiwan to maintain the museum, the results are as follows:
(A) of the museum staff generally lack the correct understanding of heritage preservation and maintenance of thinking
(B) the rigidity and lack of conservation and preservation of professional museum personnel and organizational
(C) showed the new trade of exhibition makes increase the difficulty the heritage conservation work in exhibition room.
Based on the above, the museum can develop short-and long-term plan for conservation exhibition work in order to truly implement the conservation of cultural relics exhibition; exhibition of short-term maintenance plans are:
A) enhance the preservation of the museum staff to maintain professional and responsible B) exhibition of environmental monitoring and analysis.
C) exhibition of cultural relics preservation maintenance data archiving.
Maintenance of long-term exhibition plans are: A) the appointment and the establishment of conservation and preservation professionals to save the conservation department. B) the development of rational and efficient policy development model.
In addition, the study will also curatorial process and conservation work done with the stage and suggestions to make the museum's curatorial staff to better understand work-related text for the conservation personnel thinking, but also to a more orderly process in the curatorial in the implementation of the conservation work.
