| Summary: | 碩士 === 稻江科技暨管理學院 === 休閒遊憩與旅運管理學系碩士班 === 98 === This study aims to investigate visitors’ motivation, satisfaction and intentions of revisiting Chengdao Sugarcane Cultural Park. Facilities of Chengdao Sugarcane Cultural Park needed to be improved and factors related to visitor’s revisiting are also analyzed in this study. This research employed convenience sampling to collect data by distributing questionnaires to the visitors of Chengdao Sugarcane Cultural Park. 328 valid answered questionnaires were collected. Data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and Importance -Performance Analysis (IPA). The result shows that there is a positive relationship between visitor’s motivation and pre-trip expectation of service and facility of Chengdao Sugarcane Cultural Park. Respondents show the highest satisfaction toward “ice cream” and “bicycle trail.” Guide and hygiene are the two aspects needed to be improved.
