| Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動技術研究所 === 99 === Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the reaction time, movement time, attack distance, attack speed and attack power of Taekwondo athletes during round kick and slide roundhouse kick on mobile kicking target. Method: Eight different weight division male Taekwondo athletes (age: 21.9 ± 2.0 yrs; height: 173.5 ± 7.7 cm; weight: 71.4 ± 12.7 kg；leg distance: 103.3 ± 6.3cm; exercise years:10.5 ± 1.8 yrs) were recruited to perform five round kicks and slide roundhouse kicks on mobile kicking target. The whole procedure was recorded by high speed camera. Results: The reaction time of right leg and left leg round kick was 0.41 and 0.44 sec, and was 0.43 and 0.45 sec for roundhouse kick. The movement time of right leg and left leg round kick was 0.22 and 0.23 sec, and for was 0.28 and 0.28 sec roundhouse kick. The attack distance of right leg and left leg round kick was 2.29 and 2.20 m, and was 2.36 and 2.31m for roundhouse kick. The attack speed of right leg and left leg round kick was 10.28 and 9.43 m/s, and was 8.41 and 7.87m/s for roundhouse.kick The attack power of right leg and left leg round kick was 103.21 and 87.33 lb, and was 83.08 and 72.67 lb for roundhouse kick. Conclusion: The round kick of right leg had shorter reaction time and movement time than left leg, and the attack distance of right leg was longer than left leg. In addition, the round kick of right leg had higher attack power than left leg.
