Summary:碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動教育研究所 === 99 === Abstract The purposes of this study were 1. to compare the factors of background differences in perceptional coach’s leadership behavior on SBL players; 2. to compare the factors of background differences in team cohesion on SBL players; 3. to explore the relationship among the placing, coach’s leadership behavior and team cohesion on SBL players. There were 126 players from 7 teams in SBL to be subjects in this study. The subjects were administered with coaching leadership behavior scale (LSS) and team cohesion scale (GEQ). The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent), one-way ANOVA, and pearson product-moment correlation. The findings were as the following: 1. there were non-significant difference between degrees in perceptional coach’s leadership behavior; there were significant differences between training-days and years of playing in perceptional coach’s leadership behavior; and there were significant difference between teams in perceptional coach’s leadership behavior. 2. There were non-significant difference between degrees and years of playing in team cohesion; there were significant difference between training-days in team cohesion; and there were significant difference between teams in team cohesion. 3. There were significant positive relationship among placing, training and guiding behavior, democratic behavior, social support behavior, task cohesion, and social cohesion; and there were negative significant relationship between placing and autocratic behavior.
