Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 生物工程學系(所) === 99 === This research developed the dip-coating technology for tissue engineering scaffold. Porous polycaprolactone (PCL) scaffold was prepared with particulate leaching method. Collagen, a natural biological material, was extracted and deposited on the PCL scaffold with controlled pulling speed. The mechanical strength of the collagen/ PCL composites is similar with PCL. The water contact angle (WCA) for PCL scaffold decreases from 80~90 degrees to 40 ~50 degrees, suggesting the hydrophilic increased markedly after collagen coating. The collagen/PCL composite prepared without the addition of chemical crosslinkers may provide high biocompatibility. The IRC cells were used to survey the effects of coating on PCL scaffold. After cultured on collagen/ PCL composite for seven day, the cell number reaches maximum. The collagen coating could maintain IRS’s phenotype and increases the attachment of cells on the scaffold, which is suitable for cartilage tissue engineering.
