Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊經營學系(所) === 99 === The implementation of National Health Insurance and various health care systems had an impact on the revenues of all hospitals. The hospital must pay more attention to financial issues to maintain their market competitiveness. Therefore, how to effectively use medical resources and reduce hospital costs becomes an important issue. In the field of Eisai management, this study attempts to use service-oriented architecture (SOA) to improve the Eisai management processes that having alignment problems with business and technology. By adopting service-oriented modeling and architecture (SOMA) method for service-oriented analysis and design of the Eisai management-related processes, we then develop and deploy a loosely coupled, cross-platform system with high- degree reusability and integration features. The results of our solution show that building the interface through Web service standards not only can integrate all heterogeneous legacy systems in hospital but also increase system’s agility, thus reducing the cost for system maintenance and update.
