This research wants to inquire into that this three constructions read the mutual influence relations, and establishes the influence way. In the research take insures the clerk as the object of study, personality of special characteristic, the work the discussion population statistic variable invests and organizes the loyalty the relatedness pattern, and take organizes to approve as intermediary variable, between by careful this two is further variable the relations. This research insures the clerk take Taiwan as the sample object, obtains 261 effective questionnaire, demonstrated by the related confirmation result, the work invests and organizes to approve, the organization loyally to assume the forward relations. The material analysis method uses methods and so on narrative statistics, variance analysis, regression analysis and confirms each research supposition. Will approve in the intermediary effect confirmation aspect result for the organization will produce the intermediary results loyally to the work investment with the organization, will organize to approve the intermediary effect which will obey to the work investment and the coordination produces to be strongest.
