Description
Summary:碩士 === 育達商業技術學院 === 資訊管理所 === 99 === There are a lot of planning theories in the area of production management. Include the serious of MRP (Manufacture Resource Planning), the serious of JIT (Just–in-Time), and TOC (Theory of Constraints), etc. They have different focus, different assumptions and are suitable for different environments. It is difficult to judge which one is better. The semi-conduction is one the most valuable industries of the high technology value chain. To provide different product mix to different customers all over the word, the production strategy is quite complex. In the real production lines, there are no pure environments for single one production theory. In this study, we plan to provide a mixed production planning model. It uses theory of constraints to analysis the key constraints in semi-conduction industry, and use the waiting line theory on cost analysis. And then combine the various planning methods on the semiconductor industry.
