碩士 === 育達商業技術學院 === 資訊管理所 === 99 === The dissemination of information technology knowledge is not only an important factor of work efficiency but also a huge challenge for IT department of modern organizations. This research proposes an efficient platform based on social network system (SNS) that enables IT experts to enhance knowledge sharing process such as knowledge externalization, sharing , internalization, and reconstruction among all organization members. This study adapts one of the most popular SNS, Facebook, as virtual community platform and implements an experimental environment in an university in Taiwan for demonstration. The goals of this experimental environment is to help staff members of information center to share their knowledge and provide an active knowledge sharing mechanism for self learning. Related functions such as online discussion, problem shooting, and knowledge reorganization are also implemented. This platform is expected to improve working efficiency of IT members and provides a real-world case study for further researches.
