Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 99 === In recent years, there are a lot of issues to discuss supplier chain management. One of the most important topics is the supplier selection. To refer the researches will find many ways to do supplier evaluation, but most of the selection approaches they used are time consuming and different to learn. The purpose of this thesis is to propose a quick and easy evaluation model to reduce studying time.
The proposed model uses Excel software to establish the major evaluation model which consists of three criteria: price, quality, and delivery. The modules in this study includes: the profit model, the risk model, and the combination model. The framework of this model is the decision tree. Input the probability, profit, and the weights in the decision tree to calculate the expected value. The higher value means a better supplier selection than the others.
Based on the illustration examples, we find that the selection result is the same as what we did before. The model offers the great reference for supplier evaluation.
