This study uses them as important independent variables. In addition, business resources and management control are also discussed in this study. Firms’ original entry mode is a moderator to explore that how they influence future development condition of Taiwanese entrepreneurs. Data is collected by mail survey and E-mail. The empirical results can be summarized as following main points: 1. Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) protection、business resource and management have significant influences on future development of Taiwanese entrepreneurs. 2. Moderating effect of firms’ original entry mode has significant influences on Tariff agreement、IPR protection、business resources and future development. Non-Wholly owned firms will increase more resources and capital than Wholly Owned firms. 3. Moderating effect of firms’ original entry mode has negative influences on investment protection and future development.
