The rapid growth in the electronic commerce over the Internet, e-commerce have more choices and increase convenience than traditional ways for shopping. Then the problem is how to pay money to sellers? How to transport products to buyers? It is the important next step of e-commerce for developing. This study try to understand that the different preference payment systems on online shopping between Taiwan and China. The environmental or financial conditions are different, so are the preferred payment systems. The purpose of this study is to examining the role of online consumer satisfaction, technology acceptance model, and perceived risk on customers between Taiwan and China. The results indicate that the two factors to Taiwanese customers for the prefer payment systems is security and trust. Another result is that Taiwanese and Chinese customers have different on security, privacy, trust, financial risk, performance risk, and psychological risk. Taiwanese enterprises should concentrate their efforts on security to alleviate customers’ fear, and provide secure payment systems.
