| Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 漢學資料整理研究所碩士班 === 99 === Tea takes an important part in Chinese traditional culture, and it plays a great role from the royalty to the common people. Tea is not only a kind of drinking but also the best choice for the entertainment. Tea belongs to not only lives but literatures. The most characteristic point of the tea literature is writing about “tea”, and it made the special atmosphere in the articles that people seldom felt when they do have meal. The culture of tea is kind of a lofty and higher layer cultural structure and phenomena.
This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is preface that introduces the motivation, purport, range, and the method of the study. The second chapter is the development of the tea culture in Taiwan. Before researching the poetry of chanting about tea, we must realize the history, so I focus on the aspect of politics, economics and the humanities in Taiwan. The third chapter talks all the poetry in “Quan Tai Shi”, and I analyze them by these parts, including water, technology, types, tools, tasting and the places about drinking tea. The forth chapter discuss with all the poetry of chanting tea in “Quan Tai Shi”. I talk about the inner meaning, the important value, the transformation of the tea culture in Taiwan and the character. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, and it set the result for this thesis. It bases on the chapter2, 3 and 4 to generalize that the poetry of Taiwan chanting tea not only set a titanic part about literature, but also made a lot of important documents, recordings and bibliography. The masterpiece that made of talking about tea, it could express poets’ sense and attract more people to know and love tea, and spread the culture about the tea.
