In the meanwhile, the thesis applied Expert system Acquire 2.1 to assist the FAE, PM, RD, and SQE of Automotive Panel Design Chain apartment to acquire important information rapidly and precisely, to match product specification and its corresponding data accurately, and to attain the objects of knowledge sharing, quick response to customer requirement, and time contracting of product development. The frame of this platform emphasizes the conversion of passive data management into active information supply, and intensifies the coordinative function of coordinative TFT Design Chain. Use logical ratiocination to combine the interactive relationships between customer requirement specification and Automotive Panel Design Chain, and then to establish knowledge base to allow customers, sales, customer service specialist, and designers to provide each domain the proper and suitable product design requirement, assist each members cognition of products in order to interchange whole knowledge and information, and accelerate the research, production, and innovation of products, even to reduce the errors at every stages.
