| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 99 === The purpose of this study is the reason, methods, decision-making of simplifying organization by the leading cadres,as considering the relationship between the important factors and the object of tasks.And then provide the a reference to plan the grouping of organization by the leadership. Exerting to monitor farsightedness of the research, innovating the tactics on Tel-Communications,Information ,and Electric, supporting the tasks on building of preparing on the military. Expecting to achieve the command of flat of the organization, simplifying the spirit of reorganization, increasing the results of training for the arms of Tel-Communications,Information ,and Electric.
This research adopts the survey method of questionnaire and uses SPSS software to analyze data through descriptive statistics, T test, one-way ANOVA, Person''s correlation, and stepwise regression to confer hypotheses. The results are as follows:
1.The more considered reasons of “The reason of simplifying organization” is “the require of national defense”, the more of “The way of simplifying organization” is “Transfer to other military units”.
2.There has conspicuous effect of Leader’s Decision-Making and the reason of simplifying Organization.
3.There has partial correlation of Leader’s Decision-Making and personal characteristic.
4.There has partial relationship to the target of the mission and the Leader’s Decision-Making.
Finally, according to the research, presenting the conclusion and specific recommendation to provide a reference for practitioners.
