Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 99 === In Taiwan, many middle and small factories are built in the type of iron-sheet buildings which are easily to be constructed with high speed and low expense. Therefore, it is commonly accepted and constructed by the people here. Normally it is used both for workshop and housing, that is, the upper floor for general housing use and the lower floor for products processing area. This case is a typical iron -sheet factory for processing, the bakery tin-covered bread production area is on fire, it spread to the adjacent printing plant in which has accumulated a large number of papers. Once the fire happens, usually causes significant personnel casualty and property losses. This research takes the Bakery in Sinchuang District as the object of study, and uses the Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) software for fire simulation and analysis. Computational method simulates the various physical phenomenon of the fire scene and discusses the changes of parameters about smoke stream, carbon monoxide (CO) concentration and upper layer temperature, in order to understand the temperature transmission and the smoke transportation in fire scene. Focusing on the major causes of the fire scene, changing various parameter sets, and discussing the influences of related parameters to the fire, hoped that this research result is worth a reference to provide the designers for fire protection project on the iron-sheet factory, in order to reduce the personnel casualty and property damage.
