First, the study proves the bullwhip effects and time lags effects. Furthermore, in order to observe the impacts of business cycle and make strategies previously, the study focuses on evaluating the effects with upstream and downstream companies not only in a year but also in each season and month. Moreover, by observing in years, seasons, and months, it enhances the accuracy and the bases of the evaluation.
