Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 領導學程 === 99 === As the competition in economy gets fiercer, social and economic development and trend change dramatically, such as more women devote themselves to career and work structure reforms, which make the enterprise pay more attention on “work life balance”issue. The research indicates that the imbalance between work and life will accompany with resignation, absence, low spirit in work and lower organizational commitment. This consequence will end up costing a huge number of human resource costs. On the other hand, the imbalance between work and life leads to family, physically and mentally problems. It’s an enormous loss for both enterprises and workers. When it comes to keeping the important workers, the enterprise must think about how to reduce work life balance problems and promote organizational commitment at the meantime. This research focuses on the relationship of social support, life work balance and organizational commitment and our reference comes from high-tech technicians and we delivered 400 copy of questionnaire. The research mainly discovers: 1. Supervisor support and family support have positively influential effect on work-life balance. 2. Supervisor support and family support have positively influential effect on organizational commitment. 3. The imbalance between work and life can reduce employee’ organizational commitment. 4. Work interference with personal life has partially mediating effects between Supervisor support、family support and organizational commitment. 5. Work/ personal life enhancement has partially mediating effects between Supervisor support、family support and organizational commitment.
