Cloud Computing is emerging technology trends for current and future, it is through virtualization technology to integrate Internet resources (such as by virtualization technology: storage capacity, computing ability) into a single resource body, plus delivery services through a variety of devices and software platforms to users; therefore, the delivery service of process is known as cloud services. The majority of chain distribution industries in Taiwan are size of small and medium enterprises(SMEs), in addition to the majority of SMEs have to face the problem of lack of resources and information related to personnel. In order to reflect the environment change, the companies must make full use of information technology. However, the information personnel cultivation or invested a huge amount of costs to develop and establish the software and hardware, subsequent maintenance of equipment, upgrading of equipment and flow of information personnel factors such as frequency will become a heavy burden on SMEs in general. Therefore, this study was using Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework to explore the chain industries of distribution service on the cloud enterprise software of the factors influencing the intention. The research results are as follows: technology framework was no significant effect to the chain industries of distribution service. As for organization framework, only top management support and the compatible with organizational process has a significant impact on the chain industries of distribution service; however, organization scale, technology readiness, satisfaction of the existing system, degree of centralization, degree of formalization and availability of human resources in IT are no significant effects at all. As for environment framework, only pressure of trading partners has significant impact; although competitive pressures and environmental uncertainty on the chain industries of distribution service have no significant effect. This study also aims at different organizational levels and differences franchise type analysis patterns and according to the obtained results of academic and management implications, and make specific recommendations at the end of the research.
