Description
Summary:碩士 === 真理大學 === 休閒遊憩事業學系碩士班 === 100 === China has pushed for New Countryside construction since 2005. Its goal is to improve and better the three rural issues: the farmers, the villages, and the agricultural industries. This improvement would result in the farmer’s higher wages. The planning of new countryside construction is the key to solve the "three- rural" issues, to narrow the gap between city and countryside, and to promote complete rural development. Therefore many new villages with natural and cultural resources become a believer in better management of leisure, agricultural activities, hoping to improve their villagers’ livelihoods significantly. Tin Sam Tsuen Village and Lung Lin Village from Hainan Island are examples of the New Countryside. According to this research, both villages’ development backgrounds, their accessible resources, and some agricultual experience activities are similar. But despite their many similarities, they still have their differences.
