Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學理工學院 === 兵器系統工程碩士班 === 100 === Due to the global warming and energy depletion, fuel cells have received deep attention as convenient and efficient power sources for future electric vehicles. The basic principle of a fuel cell battery uses hydrogen and oxygen as fuel, where the product of the reactants is water and electricity. Currently, the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), which can be operated in lower temperature, is generally used in next-generation fuel cell electric vehicles. However, the electrochemical conversion of a fuel cell is complex in control mechanism and control variables. Therefore, it is not easy to achieve a high efficiency output when the fuel cell is used by electric vehicles. In this study, a nonlinear fuzzy intelligent control is used in a feedback control loop of fuel cells. The speed of the vehicle, slope information of the road, and consumption of the current of the fuel cell are correlated to give control of the cathode-level side is exhaust adjusting frequency of the fuel cell in order to achieve a maximum output power performance. Based on the results of actual road test, it is demonstrated that compared to traditional controls by the anode hydrogen intake rate, the developed method is much simpler and easier for fuel cell system control.
