Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學理工學院 === 化學工程碩士班 === 100 === In this study, we used the supercritical anti-solvent method, acetone as a solvent, supercritical carbon dioxide as an anti-solvent, to directly prepare micro-scale of β-HMX particles. The effects of operating parameters, such as initial concentration, pressure, temperature and holding time, on the particle size, crystal phase and product morphology were explored. The results showed that the average particle sizes or particle sizes distribution of β-HMX riguired could be provided from the different modulus of parameter. Furthermore, by means of mechanical sensitivity test and kinetic parameters calculation, the results presented that the activation energy of β-HMX recrystallized was increased with the average particle sizes and drop hammer insensitivity increasing, but with the friction insensitivity decreasing.
