Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 光機電整合工程研究所 === 100 === In this study, the Tin (Ⅱ) selenide (SnSe) powders were fabricated by pyrolysis in nitrogen gas. By means of change Sn/Se ratio, Se recursors , and the concentration of Se precursors, reation time and temperature,the uniform and dispersed SnSe powders were synthesized. Inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) analysis of SnSe revealed that the composition of the nanocrystal is SnSe0.93. We preparation of SnSe colloidal solution to spin coating on the glass substrate. Through a sintered, we investigate properties and surface morphology in different temperature. In different temperture, the resistivity, carrier concentration and mobility were measured by Hall measurement.
