碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 100 === Today most youth are forced to participate in services because the education system or regulations, once to meet the conditions it is easy to quickly leave the service activities. This study is according to the five in school youth volunteer who long-term participate in voluntary service provided by the interview. This study presents the reasons that sustained school youth volunteer to participate in volunteer service for three years or more. The results show that if youth volunteer to participate in volunteer service time is longer, then their service purpose will be clearer. In addition to broaden their horizons, they get a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction from voluntary service. These sense sustained the power of participation in voluntary service.
