Since teaching is digitalized, all kind of schoolshave their own websites to provide communication channels for parents, students and the staff of schools. However due to the lack of specific rules, these school websites are uneven in content and quality, and neither does the service. So the main purpose of this study is to clarify the service requirement of junior high school’s website by teachers, parents andstudents’ user’s point of view. Then in a case study of a junior high school to represent that how to improve the website service under very limited resource. This study collected information by replied questionnaires, and via sixportions of system quality, information quality, normal website quality, teaching quality and counseling quality between parents and teachers to evaluate the service quality of junior high school’s website.Overall it collected 100 teacher’s questionnaires, 101 student’s questionnairesand 65 parents’ questionnaires. And then using t-test, Analysis of Variance and Important Performance Gap Model (IPGA) for data analysis. The results show that the service requirement of website amongteachers, students and parents isnot really equally. Even with very limited information, the school units can still improve the service by system quality, information quality and normal service quality sequentially. This conclusion will be able to provide school administrators and educational institutions the reference to build the junior high school's website and draft the strategy to improve the service quality.
