As stated in the ELHI Information Education policy, the Ministry of Education also encourages school to integrate the Interactive WhiteBoard into classroom instruction. Thus, it is helpful to understand the Behavior Intention and objectives of the teachers using Interactive WhiteBoard. The primary objective of this study is to explore the Behavior Intention of the elementary school resource room teachers in Changhua County who have integrated Interactive WhiteBoard into classroom instruction. A total of 162 questionnaires were sent out, and 139 usable responses were used for future analysis. The Path Analysis results showed that all data supported the model and all hypotheses were accepted. It implied that: 1. By using Interactive WhiteBoard, “Information Literacy and Background” and “Information Training and Support” had a positive effect on “Perceived Usefulness” and “Perceived Ease of Use”. 2. “Perceived Ease of Use” would positively affect “Perceived Usefulness” in the Interactive WhiteBoard Integrated into Instruction. 3. “Perceived Usefulness” had a positive effect on “Attitude Toward Behavior” in the Interactive WhiteBoard Integrated into Instruction. 4. “Attitude Toward Behavior” had a positive effect on “Behavioral Intention” in the Interactive WhiteBoard Integrated into Instruction.
