Therefore, this study assume that the premise of information technology mature design information complete and incomplete under the two scenarios, system simulation using ARENA simulation software vendors by hosting inventory replenishment threshold and replenishment strategies for retailers to limit supply, and under simulated in some information to share information about suppliers by retailers forecast demand value and the replenishment of retailer inventory levels and confirm vendor, supplier replenishment process simulation finished, then the program LINGO mathematical programming method for building a car capacity restricted vehicle routing and distribution.
Inventory management strategies by the results of 0.0-72% for the total cost of VMI is more effective, and suppliers to share cost information in different cases the costs incurred are showing different trends, but trends of VMI’s cost in both the information sharing under the trend is the same, in order to provide information to companies in the import share when a passing reference.
