The research is mainly about statistical analysis of the factors of university students’ online store shopping. The questionnaire extracted 300 students for the study sample, the investigation periods falls between September 2011 and February 2012. The number of questionnaires is total 300 copies, 295 questionnaires, the recovery rate of 98.33%, effectivequestionnaire the number of 287 valid questionnaires rate of 97.28% of University students. The major component analysis of online store shopping factors are as below: Factor 1: the unique advantages and potential risks of online shopping. Factor 2: incentives and benefits of the commodity of online shopping. Factor 3: assessment and process of online shopping Factor 4:comparison and selection of online products Factor 5: patterns and procedures of online consumption Factor 6:needs and satisfaction of online shopping.
