In addition to that, the decrease of public parks and green space has caused the heat island effect to become much more serious day by day and in turn, the urban ecological environment could be destroyed. Thus, how to maintain the ecological environment efficiently and reduce the heat island effect has become an important ideal in the sustainable development.
This study first, by analyzing the domestic and foreign green roof regulations and promotional policies through literature reviews, determines those factors to be used in the initial assessing framework. Then, through expert interviews and questionnaires, establishes the assessing framework. Finally, the Delphi method is used to verify and finalize the assessing framework. Furthermore, the AHP method is used to determine the relative weights of factors in the framework and understand which factor has more impact on the sustainable development.
