Summary:碩士 === 長榮大學 === 國際企業學系(所) === 100 === Due to the recession, corporate need to build a good culture and lead the staff and organizations towards the road of success is the organization’s successful key point of this stage. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the relations among the organizational culture, leadership style, and organizational performance. The survey data were collected from the service office of the southern branch’s life insurance firm. Descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, One-Way ANOVA and T test, and Person correlation analysis were adopted to analyze the data. The results indicated that (1) sex and age have significant effect on bureaucratic culture; (2) age has significant effect both on inspirational motivation and individualized consideration; education has significant effect both on intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation (3) age has significant effect both on financial performance and operational performance; (4) life insurance firm’s organizational culture has significant effect on organizational performance; (5) manager’s leadership style has significant effect on organizational performance; (6) life insurance firm’s organizational performance has significant effect on manager’s leadership style.
