碩士 === 經國管理暨健康學院 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 100 === This study explores the service needs, motivation and willingness of the Tourists for Taiwan’s Medical Cosmetology tourism. This study based on 198 valid questionnaires. this study found the following results：First, Health Tourism has already been promoted overseas for many years; it also has been included in the key direction of developing tourism in Taiwan. Second, t-test, multiple regression analysis, and Scheffé post hoc analysis of variance showed significant differences in service needs, motivation and willingness among different demographic groups. Third, medical tourism will increase the output of medical service industry. Fourth, internationalization of medical service, medical tourism can promote internationalization of Taiwan’s medical service industry. Based on these results, this study proposes suggestions for future medical tourism research in Taiwan.
