By the way, it will reduce the natural factor, produced cycle and automatic process. In addition, it can provide foods at extreme surrounding, and it can satisfy the consumer, if you don’t use the pesticide. In this study, we was replace the T5 lamp by high power LED of COB(chip on board). In energy efficiency of power, it will reduce from 120 to 30W, approximately a quarter of the traditional lamp power. In the system of structure, the first, we can realize about high power LED and COB of thermal resistance. It will decrease the PN junction energy by heat flow analysis. The optical design was adopted by 60°, 90°, and reflective cup. It’s uniform to light on planting bed that it will promote the lux and quantum number. The PH of nutrient solution and EC values must be between 5.5 to 6.5, and 1.5 to 2.5 mS/cm. The nitrate (NO3-) of concentration was compared with EC values. The sunshine was adopted by 14hr, 16hr, and 18hr. The result is the best for 16hr. Finally, the suitable radiation module with decreasing a least power was found by heat flow analysis. We divide into three stage of planted lifetime by, germination 5 days, grow seedlings 16 days and planting 21 days.The lettuce of nitrate was investigate after 21 days.
