The extended A/D and D/A FXon-3A module is integrated into the PLC to process the transformation between analog and digital signal. The programming can be written under GPPW software for PLC. The program can command the digital signal into analog signal to trig the common-collector current of BJT transistor. The current is large enough to produce the torque of a motor to pull the given micro weight. According to a series of experiments and collect the data, the function can be derived and plugged into the program for measuring the unknown weight. The error percentage of this experiment is within 5% under the micro-weighing range (65g~185g) .
