However, these methods are not only time-consuming, consumption costs, and there is no theoretical basis. Therefore, the Taguchi’s experimental design is used to evaluate and optimize the setting of operation parameters in this study. In Taguchi’s experimental design, to select suitable orthogonal array based on the factors and their levels of product and to run the experiments follow the trial of the orthogonal array. Then, to analyze the sensitivity and the significance of every factor from sorting of data. Finally, to determine the optimal level of the higher sensitivity factor. Experimental results in this study show that the optimal settings of operating parameters compare to the original settings is almost the same processing time but increase 98% of profitability.
