Research to develop a first surface of artificial teeth nail automation sector, and for Ti-6Al-4V artificial teeth nails into Taguchi method, the experiment design and analysis, by changing the abrasive particle size, spray distance, spray pressure, bed platform speed, injection time and other parameters for the surface roughness improvement effect, experimental results show that the optimal parameter combination for the use of # 80 aluminum oxide (Al2O3) abrasives, spray distance 40mm, injection pressure 4kg/cm2, platform moving from 135 mm / s, bed sets revolution speed of 7 rpm (rotation of 24 rpm), injection time of 6min, up to study the surface roughness of 1.5μm desired goal, the future will provide the relevant industries to biomedical implant system process reference.
