Description
Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 === 100 === The study aims at improving drawbacks of previous immature method, along with location and space limitations, by combining modern measuring technique with kicking attack of taekwando. Almost anyone can set up this newly designed, portable apparatus that combines a photoelectric switch and dynamometry device with taekwando kicking equipment for practice virtually anywhere. The results showed inappropriate posture could be avoided and physical injury reduced by means of technique of photoelectric switch. The frequency of inappropriate kicking posture was 10.20 times without the device. But after the participants were trained with this Dynamometry device, the frequency was lowered to 5.90 times on average. By using this device for six weeks, the participants’ inappropriate kicking attacks were improved. The result of T-test showed a very notable difference. It was found that the participants enhanced their kicking strength after six-week training with this Dynamometry device. The average kicking strength without the device was 141.43Nt, and 182.24Nt after the training with the device, which showed that this Dynamometry device could enhance users’ kicking strength. Based on the results of this study, the Dynamometry device can not only avoid injuries caused by inappropriate posture but also better the training efficiency of kicking attack. At last, this study will be refernce for the TaeKwonDo Association and each school in Taiwan.
