Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 === 100 === This research mainly is trying to improve the single inlet air system, which is used in currently traditional Dishes Dryer, to be with forced inlet and outlet forced laminar air system so as to proceed to do a series of tests as well as analysis. Prior to the design of this system, by using the Gambit software so as to establish the 3D entity model &; mesh of Dishes Dryer and along with using the Ansys Fluent solver so as to explore the most appropriate location of the air inlet. Moreover, this system uses a High Static Pressure Blower &; Ceramic Heater so as to improve the drying efficiency of Dishes Dryer by the way of changing the inlet air location in order to form a forced laminar air system so as to increase the circulating heated air volume in side of the Dishes Dryer. In addition, going into the details, we have been studying the drying efficiency which is affected by the effects gotten by different locations of the inlet air so as to establish an advanced type of dishes drying mode as the forced convention of inlet &; outlet vertical laminar air. With regards to the improvement of the control mode, this study is having the Temperature/ Humidity Sensors being installed both of the interior as well as the exterior of the Dishes Dryer so as to pick up the control parameters. And it can be done by using a PIC18F2520 single chip along with the technology of asynchronous serial transmission so as to be transmitted to the control core of the embedded system in order to proceed to carry out the Smart Control System. This research uses the Ansys Fluent software for simulation and the time of its establishment has been effectively reduced apparently. Furthermore, the entire system is online eventually. And the test has been carried out by using a test container loading 10 mL water. and the test result shows that the Smart Control Type Dishes Dryer is superior to the traditional one as it is having a faster air velocity and having well distributed air temperature, too. As a matter of fact, its drying time has reduced approximately 40 (%), honestly.
