Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 物理研究所 === 100 === The objective of this research includes the investigation of absorption spectra of esophageal tissues and the development of an endoscopic optical tomographic system. An optical system was designed and developed for two dimensional scanning of absorption spectra of esophageal tissues. The correlation between the absorption spectra of the samples and a standard spectrum was analyzed with an algorithm programmed with LabVIEW. This system was modulized to be a portable measurement tool. It can analyze the possibility of a tissue to be malignant after the measurement of absorption spectra. On the other hand, optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a novel, high spatial–resolution, noninvasive imaging technique and has been widely used in biology and medicine. In clinical applications, endoscopes were widely used for diagnosis of cancer and other diseases. We designed and developed a fiber-based frequency-domain OCT system combined with a magnetic driving endoscopic probe which could provide two dimensional images of interested sample by rotating an external magnetic field.
