Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 室內設計研究所 === 100 === Since December 25, 2010 Taichung City, with the merge of restructuring area and upgrade to a municipality, has been considered as an important city in central Taiwan, and with the population dramatically rising during the recent years, it has become the third highest populated municipality by the end of June 2011. In connection with transportation and city major infrastructure construction plans, the city had transformed itself from a single-core to multi-core developing form; along with the situation of resident demand saturated within the city center and development expanding towards the rims of the city, it is a vital issue to address the importance of the rising momentum in the supply of residential construction. In the recent years, the comprehensive study on Taichung residence research and the areas related literature in private condominium construction plan is quite limited. Through the approved working drawing date provided by Taichung Building Permit Section and content analysis, this research will focus on “time frame”, “regionalism”, “scale of site area” and to target on Taichung’s private condominium in order to present three stages of architectural planning such as “momentum in supply”, “building plan” and “dwelling units plan” and will do cross analysis of them. This study provides evolution for the spatial structure development in the supplying characteristics of private condominium in Taichung city for the past 25 years, and hence the result is able to provide reference for future Taiwan urbanized private condominium architectural plan. The research result also displays Taichung private condominium have small scale, multi-case properties; that tends to contain characteristics of fewer households, fewer dwelling units and bias to medium low floors. In respect of dwelling plans, the dwelling structure types displays multi-development trends and as time moves, the dwelling structure shows a complex planning method. While the aggregative interior area of dwelling unit plan in Taichung Multistory Apartment Building (MAB) is based on medium high square meter with spatial structure trend with entire-zone and privacy planning methods, the row housing residential condominium plan is scaled in medium huge square meter with spatial structure based on every floor having its individual public space and spatial properties.
