This study focuses on how to use low-cost sensors for precision correction in order to achieve high-precision results. Components produced using temperature sensor AD590 temperature sensors. The device output signal is amplified by the single-chip microcontroller SPCE061A will convert analog signals into digital signals and display the results on the 4-character 7-segment display. The measured temperature with the thermometer was accurate to compare. Through experiments we find the temperature accuracy error characteristics, error characteristics of a mathematical model to describe the nonlinear characteristics of AD590.By linear, quadratic curve.Third-order curve to explore ways to compensate for the error.
